Arrive 10 minutes early
Please arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment so there is time to complete new patient forms.
What to bring
Bring your Medicare card, any concession card, your private health fund card and any Victorian dental voucher if you are seeing the dentist, a list of your medicines, recent results, and your child’s immunisation history.
Your first visit
Your clinician may ask about medical history, medications, allergies, previous treatment and current concerns.

Yes, new patients are welcome.
Can my whole family attend the clinic?
Yes. All Care provides care for children, adults and older patients.
Can I transfer my records from another clinic?
Yes. Your previous clinic will need your signed consent to send them – reception can give you the form.
What should I do after hours?
In an emergency, call 000. When the clinic is closed, Kilmore District Hospital’s Urgent Care Centre is open 24 hours for urgent care.
Do new patients pay for GP appointments?
No. GP consultations are bulk billed for all patients with a valid Medicare card, including new patients. Bring your Medicare card to your first appointment.
